I work with leaders, executives, and high potential clients to sharpen organizational skills, provide real-time feedback and guidance, identify and resolve problems, identify, integrate, and attain organizational and professional goals, improve interpersonal skills, develop emotional and social intelligence, well-being and self-awareness, assertiveness, decision-making, and career planning.
Business and Medical Clinic Coaching ($250/hour - includes between meetings support)
I provide Human Resources and Organizational Consulting services including: Problem identification and resolution, establish and achieve goals, successfully deal with change, conflict management, team development, use of technology, geographically distributed groups, staff development.
